1. In a pan, sauté the chopped onions, then add the two sauce blends, 3 glasses of water, one crushed garlic clove, sugar, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
2. Simmer everything for 10-15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: crush the ground beef, add one finely chopped garlic clove, 1 glass of milk, salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
4. Mix everything together and stuff the cannelloni.
5. Place the stuffed cannelloni in a dish and cover them with sauce (make sure they are well covered) and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
