Potatoes, peas, and ground meat

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the garlic
  • 2.   Add the ground meat, peas, and diced potatoes.
  • 3.   Sauté everything for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Season with paprika and turmeric
    Add the tomatoes and tomato paste
  • 4.   Cover with water.
  • 5.   Add salt and pepper and let simmer for about 1-1.5 hours.

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 garlic powders
  • 3 fresh tommes
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 500 ml of water
