Potato and brie gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into thin slices of the same thickness.
  • 3.   Place them in a gratin dish that you have previously rubbed with the garlic clove cut in half and add the cream.

    Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • 4.   Slice the brie into strips and place them between the potato slices.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 150 °C (300 °F) and continue cooking for 1 hour.

    Serve hot.
