Cherry Tomato Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the lasagna noodles for 5 minutes in salted boiling water.

    Drain them as you go on a towel.
  • 2.   Slice the tomatoes in half. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.

    Slice the mozzarella thinly.
  • 3.   Butter a gratin dish and layer the tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary leaves, mozzarella, and lasagna noodles.

    Repeat this process 2 more times. Finish with the lasagna noodles and the remaining mozzarella.
  • 4.   Sprinkle the gruyère cheese on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot.

  • 1 stalk of rosemary (optional)
  • 50 g of grated Gruyère cheese
