Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Instructions:
    Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and set aside.
    Prepare the bacon: In a hot skillet, fry the bacon pieces until they are golden and crispy. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside on paper towels to remove excess grease.
    Cook the chicken: In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
    Prepare the sauce: Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet with the chicken.
  • 2.   Mix well and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3.   Assemble the dish: Add the cooked pasta and bacon pieces to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the sauce.
    Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
