Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the filling: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, then sauté until tender.

Cook the meat: Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook it, breaking it up with a spatula. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is well browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Form the bombs: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 8 equal pieces. Place a tablespoon of meat on each piece, then sprinkle grated cheddar on top.

Close the bombs: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch well to seal. Form a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.

Brush and season: Mix the melted butter with the Parmesan and parsley. Generously brush each ball with this mixture.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the bombs for about 15 to 20 minutes, until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Enjoy: Serve hot, accompanied by a burger sauce or tomato sauce for dipping.

    Bon appétit! 😋
