Chicken and Vegetable Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the coconut oil in the multi-cooker and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • 2.   Add the chicken and lightly brown it.
  • 3.   Add the vegetables, curry paste, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 4.   Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • 5.   Serve with rice.

  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon of red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 cup of rice
  • salt (according to taste)
