Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl, incorporate 2 tbsp of water, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a pan, pour a little into the eggs and whisk immediately.
  • 3.   Put the pan back on the heat, pour in the beaten eggs, reduce the heat and let it cook gently while bringing the edges of the omelette towards the center as it cooks.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with grated cheese, finish cooking without stirring.

    Gently roll the omelette when it is set and serve immediately.
