Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cooking the pasta.
  • 2.   Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until tender.
  • 3.   Sauté the garlic in oil.

    Then add the cooked and mashed broccoli to create a creamy sauce.
  • 4.   Incorporate the white wine and let it reduce for 5 minutes.

    Then add the heavy cream and half of the grated Parmesan.
  • 5.   Coat the pasta with the sauce, mix everything together, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan before serving.
  • 6.   Serve the broccoli pasta.
