Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the banana into rounds. Arrange them on a small tray, making sure they don't touch. Place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours (the time may vary depending on the power).
  • 2.   Cut the strawberries into pieces, reserving some for decoration, and put the rest in the bowl of a blender or mixer. Add the frozen banana slices, almond milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • 3.   Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy texture, adding a few strawberries and mint for decoration.
  • 4.   Tip: Keep frozen bananas as a base to achieve a creamy texture and replace strawberries with your favorite fruits, depending on the season.
