Instructions

  • 1.   Finely slice the onions and sauté them with oil in a frying pan.
  • 2.   After 5 minutes, add the white wine.
    Cook over low heat until 3/4 of the white wine has evaporated.
  • 3.   Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and curry.
  • 4.   Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, uncovered.
  • 5.   Then add the yogurt and mix. Crack 4 eggs into the dish.
  • 6.   Cover and cook for 5 minutes, until the egg whites become opaque.
  • 7.   Serve immediately so that the yolk doesn't have time to harden.

  • 400 g of canned peeled tomato
  • 100 ml of dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of curry powder
  • salt (according to taste)
