Pan-fried beets with cream

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and thinly slice the beets.
  • 2.   Sauté them in a hot buttered pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it.

    Season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 10 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Add the cream, stir a little, and let it heat up.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
