Beef meatballs with turnip greens, cooked in a skillet

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash, then cut and slice the turnip greens. (Use the turnips for another recipe).

    1. Put the ground beef in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of minced or chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of onion (powder or chopped), a little bit of chili pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and form meatballs.


    2. Pour some oil into a skillet and cook the meatballs for about ten minutes.


    3. Add a little bit of oil and sauté the turnip greens. Add a tablespoon of parsley.


    4. In another skillet, pour a little bit of olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and parsley. Toast 4 slices of bread and spread the mixture on top.


    Serve.
