Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

    Cook them for 7-8 minutes in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir regularly until they are golden brown.
  • 2.   2. Blend the beets in a blender, season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   3. Warm up the buckwheat pancake in a pan and top with beet cream and mushrooms.
  • 4.   4. Serve hot.

  • 250 g of cooked beetroot
  • 2 crepes
