Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, wash the carrots, then cut into slices. In a large saucepan, pour water and salt.
  • 2.   Bring the water in the saucepan to a boil, add the carrots, bring to a boil again, cook for 2 to 3 minutes then drain.
  • 3.   Wash the parsley, pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves, remove the central germ, place in a small blender, blend.
  • 4.   In a large skillet, melt the butter, add the carrots, mix, cook for about 10 minutes, as soon as they are cooked, season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning if necessary, then add garlic and parsley, mix, cook for 3 to 4 minutes, serve hot with meat or fish.
