Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
  • 2.   Add the cucumber, green bell pepper, and olives.
  • 3.   Mix with half of the onion and the feta cheese cut into cubes.
  • 4.   Arrange the remaining onion and feta cheese on top of the salad.
  • 5.   Add the lemon zest and juice, season with oil and oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and serve.
