Spring pasta salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of hot water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. At the same time, in another pot, cook the peas in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
  • 2.   While the pasta and peas are cooking, in a salad bowl, make the dressing by mixing: 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper.
  • 3.   Once the pasta and peas are cooked, rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain them and add them to the salad bowl with the torn lettuce and shaved Parmesan, the torn ham, mix well, it's ready!

  • 15 g of parmesan
