Instructions
1. Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
2. Place the potatoes in the air-fryer basket with the rack. Season them with smoked paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt. Mix well, then cook in the air-fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
3. Meanwhile, prepare the breading. In a shallow plate, crack the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk with a fork.
4. In a second shallow plate, add the corn flakes. Crush them coarsely.
5. Coat the chicken strips in flour (optional). Then coat them in the eggs and finally in the corn flakes. For a thicker crust, coat them a second time in the egg mixture, then in the corn flakes.
6. Place the chicken nuggets in the air-fryer basket with the rack. Cook them in the air-fryer for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
7. Halfway through cooking, remove the potatoes from the air-fryer. Stir them, then continue cooking in the air-fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
8. Meanwhile, prepare the curry sauce. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and curry. Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil. Chill in the refrigerator.
9. Once the nuggets and potatoes are nicely golden, remove them from the air-fryer.
10. Serve the chicken nuggets and potatoes on a plate with the curry sauce. It's ready!
