Easy Chocolate Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Pre-bake the shortcrust pastry for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F).
  • 2.   Melt the broken pieces of chocolate in a double boiler. Add the fresh cream and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  • 3.   Off the heat, add the eggs and mix well. Pour this mixture onto the shortcrust pastry.
  • 4.   Bake everything for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Let it cool before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
