Tomato and chicken wheat

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 2.   In a pan (or wok), sauté the onion, then add the tomatoes.
  • 3.   Add the chicken cut into small pieces.
    Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • 4.   Heat the water, add the bouillon cube.
    Mix well.
  • 5.   Add the water, wheat, herbes de Provence, and pepper to the pan (no salt as the bouillon cube is enough).
  • 6.   Cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Serve.

  • 2 chicken cutlet
  • 1 Ebly
  • 1 onion
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon of Provence herb
  • pepper (according to taste)
