Quick Creamy Gnocchi

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Heat the cream over low heat, gradually adding the parmesan.

    1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water for 1 minute. Pour into a gratin dish with the cream and pitted olives cut in half. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 °C.


    2. Serve with arugula.
