Zucchini and Dauphiné Ravioli Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices, keeping the skin on.
  • 2.   Cut and wash the basil into thin strips.
  • 3.   In a dish, place a layer of zucchini, then place a sheet of ravioli to cover the surface. Sprinkle with basil. Then alternate zucchini, ravioli, basil until the dish is filled.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 425°F (or 210°C).
  • 5.   On the last sheet of ravioli, do not add basil, but pour the carton of heavy cream.
  • 6.   Cover everything with grated gruyère cheese to form a crust.
  • 7.   Bake at 350°F (or 180°C) for about 45 minutes.
  • 8.   Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.

  • 4 ravioli (if possible from the dauphiné)
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 1 fresh basil
  • 1 pinch of grated Gruyère cheese
