Cod, bacon, and cabbage

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the cod, cut into 4 pieces, place a few bacon bits on each piece, and bake for 6 minutes until the fish flakes easily.

    1. Bring water to a boil, add a tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt. Place the shredded cabbage in the water and cook until tender.


    2. For the sauce: bring the wine to a boil and let it reduce by half. Gently incorporate the remaining butter and cream, stir until thickened, then add the chopped parsley. Season to taste.


    3. Serve.
