Instructions

  • 1.   Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs.
  • 2.   Mix until you get a thick, grainy batter.
  • 3.   Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk to eliminate lumps.
  • 4.   Add the vanilla, salt, and oil. Mix well.
  • 5.   Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 6.   Make your crepes by pouring a ladle of batter into a buttered pan.
  • 7.   Serve cold or hot, accompanied by chocolate, sugar, jam, or honey.
