Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
    Bring the milk to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

    1. Pour the boiling milk over the eggs while continuing to beat.


    2. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • 1 liter of milk fills 8 Multidélice pots + 4 microwave steam ramekins or 9 well-filled Multidélice pots.
