Instructions

  • 1.   - Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a little butter over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   - Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a large pan and toast the bread.
  • 3.   - Add the eggs (sunny-side up) to the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   - Heat the beans in the microwave (2 minutes, stirring halfway) and butter the slices of bread, which will be cut diagonally.
  • 5.   - Arrange all the ingredients on a large plate: it's ready!

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with strong black tea sweetened with milk and sugar. You can also add fries, oven-roasted quartered tomatoes, or sausages.
