Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the muffin in half and place it in the oven at 150°C (thermostat 5).
  • 2.   Cook the fried egg, season with salt and pepper, flip it towards the end of cooking to achieve a creamy texture for the yolk.
  • 3.   As soon as the egg is flipped, quickly grill the bacon in a hot pan.
  • 4.   Take out the muffin, assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of bacon, the cheese, the egg, and then the last slice of bacon.
