Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, and onion into cubes.
  • 2.   Squeeze the lemon. Chop the parsley and fresh mint.
  • 3.   Put the lemon juice in a salad bowl with the vegetables, add the other ingredients, and mix the salad well.
    Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • 4.   Serve the cheeses, tuna, olives, mashed avocado, and in a bread basket, bread, butter, and jam as accompaniments!
  • 5.   Prepare the eggs to your liking (omelette, fried eggs...).
  • 6.   Serve immediately with coffee and a glass of fruit juice.
