Italian Croque

Italian croque to be enjoyed as a main dish, with arugula as a side.

Instructions

  • 1.   Spread a slice of bread with tapenade.
  • 2.   Cut the mozzarella into slices and place it, seasoned with salt and pepper, on the bread slice.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with sliced olives.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with arugula (or serve it as a side).
  • 5.   Grill in a preheated grill.

Notes & Suggestions

  • The mozzarella can be replaced or combined with cream cheese, garlic, and herbs.
