1. Cook the 2 chicken cutlets in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. 1 minute before the end of cooking, add the chorizo slices. Mix.
2. Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel them. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices, then season with salt. Slice the eggs into thin slices.
3. Toast the slices of white bread. Cut the lettuce into strips.
4. Spread mayonnaise on 8 slices of bread. Place the lettuce strips, then the tomato and egg slices.
5. Cut the chicken breasts into strips, as well as the chorizo slices, and place them on top of the eggs.
6. Place one garnished slice of bread on top of another garnished slice. Press down, then cover with a third slice of bread. Press down on this last slice before cutting the sandwich in half. Insert a toothpick into each half of the sandwich.
