Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the 2 chicken cutlets in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. 1 minute before the end of cooking, add the chorizo slices. Mix.
  • 2.   Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel them. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices, then season with salt. Slice the eggs into thin slices.
  • 3.   Toast the slices of white bread. Cut the lettuce into strips.
  • 4.   Spread mayonnaise on 8 slices of bread. Place the lettuce strips, then the tomato and egg slices.
  • 5.   Cut the chicken breasts into strips, as well as the chorizo slices, and place them on top of the eggs.
  • 6.   Place one garnished slice of bread on top of another garnished slice. Press down, then cover with a third slice of bread. Press down on this last slice before cutting the sandwich in half. Insert a toothpick into each half of the sandwich.
