Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour and beer.
  • 2.   Add the egg yolks, then the beaten egg whites, lifting the mixture to avoid deflating it.
    The fish and chips batter is ready.
  • 3.   Dip the fish fillets generously and fry at 160°C or 180°C for 3 or 4 minutes.
  • 4.   Carefully drain when golden brown.
  • 5.   Serve with fries.
