4. Make thin slices of Roquefort cheese and cover the surface, except for the egg yolk.
5. Finish by sprinkling with thyme (it pairs well with Roquefort), and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) (note that it may vary slightly depending on the oven).
