Flammekueche

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the cream and the cottage cheese. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Finely chop the onions and pre-cook them in the microwave for a few minutes.
  • 3.   Divide the dough into 4 portions. On a baking sheet, roll out the pizza dough very thinly, then cover the bottom with the cream-cottage cheese mixture. Preheat the oven to the highest temperature, sprinkle with onions and bacon.
  • 4.   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The cream should barely start to brown and the edges of the dough should start to brown.

  • 150 g of smoked bacon
  • 4 onions
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
