Instructions
1. Mix the cream and the cottage cheese. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
2. Finely chop the onions and pre-cook them in the microwave for a few minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 4 portions. On a baking sheet, roll out the pizza dough very thinly, then cover the bottom with the cream-cottage cheese mixture. Preheat the oven to the highest temperature, sprinkle with onions and bacon.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The cream should barely start to brown and the edges of the dough should start to brown.
