1. Take a mixing bowl and combine the flour with 3 teaspoons of baking powder.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt, and whisk together.
3. Incorporate the previous flour-baking powder mixture and mix vigorously.
4. Grease a small non-stick pan with some cooking oil using a paper towel and place it on the stove.
5. Drop small portions of pancake batter onto the pan and let cook for 4 minutes.
6. Repeat the cooking process for as many pancakes as the batter allows.
