Pizza Dough

Instructions

  • 1.   Put 500 g of flour in a large bowl, then add the salt, yeast, and olive oil one after the other.
  • 2.   Gradually pour in warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon.
  • 3.   Stir vigorously until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl.
  • 4.   Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covering the bowl with a towel in a warm place.
  • 5.   After the resting time, sprinkle flour on your work surface and place the pizza dough on it.
  • 6.   Work the dough as you would work bread dough.
  • 7.   Shape your pizza to fit the size of your baking sheet or, ideally, place the dough on parchment paper.
  • 8.   Top your pizza with whatever you desire or with leftovers from the fridge.
