Mushroom and oatmeal soup

One of the soups that will warm you up on a winter evening

Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation:
    Clean the various mushrooms and
    Cut them into small cubes
    Slice the onions thinly
    Slice the garlic cloves thinly
    Finely chop the sage leaves
    In a pot, sauté the onions with the oil and butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
    Cooking:
    Add the garlic, sage, wine and bring to a boil, then add the broth, salt and pepper, oatmeal and let it simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.

  • 600 g of wild mushroom
  • 50 g of butter
  • ¼ glass of olive oil
  • 3 onions
  • ½ liter of white wine
  • 1 glass of oatmeal
  • 1.5 liter of chicken broth
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 leaf of fresh sage
  • 3 pinch of salt and pepper
