Forest fruit scones

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and yeast. In the center, add the other ingredients, except for the jam.
    Mix well with a wooden spoon until you have a very sticky and slightly liquid dough. If it's not the case, add a little milk.
    Cover the bowl and set aside for 35 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
    Pour the dough into muffin cups, filling them halfway. Then add a spoonful of jam on top of the dough and gently mix it in.
    Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

  • 3 glass of wheat flour
  • ½ glass of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried baker's yeast
  • 150 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • ¼ glass of milk
  • 100 g of confitute forest fruits
