4. Remove the beef from the wok and add the onions. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until they become translucent.
5. Add the three sauces and broth, then stir over medium heat until well combined.
6. Return the beef to the sauce and stir-fry to coat it with the sauce. Cover the wok with a lid and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
