1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a saucepan, melt 2/3 of the chocolate and the butter cut into pieces over very low heat.
3. In a bowl, add the sugar, eggs, and flour. Mix.
4. Add the chocolate/butter mixture. Mix well.
5. Grease and flour your cake pan, then pour in the cake batter.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
7. When the cake comes out of the oven, it may not seem cooked enough. That's normal, let it cool down and then unmold it.
8. In a bowl, break the remaining milk chocolate into pieces and add the liquid fresh cream. Melt the mixture in a double boiler or in the microwave until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
9. Using a spatula, spread the chocolate mixture over the cake on all surfaces.
