Smoked salmon and broccoli quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the pastry in a pie dish. Cover with slices of salmon.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in a pressure cooker (it's faster: I cook it for 5 minutes once it starts boiling). Once cooked, spread it over the salmon.
  • 3.   Mix the cream and eggs, then add salt, pepper, and dill.
  • 4.   Pour this mixture over the broccoli. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • The cream/egg mixture may not be enough for the quiche, so I dilute it with a little milk.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of fresh dill
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
