Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 240 °C (th. 8). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2.   In the robot equipped with the kneading/chopping blade, pour 25 cl of warm water and the yeast. Start the dough program P1. After 30 seconds, add the flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 3.   Cut the slices of ham into quarters. Finely slice the mushrooms and dice the mozzarella. At the end of the program, spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle with oregano. Place the mozzarella, ham, and mushrooms on top. Drizzle with a little oil.
  • 4.   Bake for about 15 minutes. Place the basil leaves on the pizza and serve.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can use dry baker's yeast, in which case divide the quantity by two.
  • Vary the toppings according to your desires!
