1. Peel and chop the onions
2. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into very small strips
3. Peel and mince the garlic
4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters
5. Drain the mushrooms
6. Heat the oil in a sauté pan and brown the chicken pieces in it
7. Add the bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes
8. Then add the tomatoes and wine, cover, and cook over low heat until the thighs are almost cooked, about 30 minutes
9. Add the mushrooms, cover, and cook for an additional 15 minutes
10. Serve everything together, hot.
