SHRIMP AND PARMESAN TAGLIATELLE

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the shrimp, cook the pasta and then drain it.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the shallots and garlic, then sauté them in a pan for 3/4 minutes. Add the shrimp and let it cook on low heat.
  • 3.   Remove the cooked shrimp and keep them warm. Add the heavy cream to the cooking juices and the Dijon Mustard Mayonnaise® Amora. Let it simmer again. Add 80g of parmesan, chopped parsley and mix well.
  • 4.   Reheat the pasta in the sauce, plate it and add the shrimp.

  • 200 g of peeled shrimp
  • 40 g of grated parmesan
  • 10 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 6 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 pinch of shallot
  • 2 pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 pinch of parsley
  • 2 pinch of salt and pepper
