BACON AND RED ONION BURGER

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions, rinse them under water. Wash the tomato and slice it.
  • 2.   Form 4 patties. Heat your buns in the oven. In a buttered pan, cook your patties, just 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare and continue cooking for up to 5 minutes for well-done. Season with salt. Cook your bacon slices on both sides.
  • 3.   Spread either ketchup or mustard on your buns. Place the bottom bun on a plate, add a slice of tomato, the patty, 2 folded bacon slices, cheese, a few onion rings, and finish with the top bun. Enjoy immediately, with fries or potatoes.
