Mini Tuna Boursin Croissants

. • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

. • Mix the tuna and Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs in a bowl.
• Add the sliced olives (optional), salt, and pepper.

. • Cut the dough into 8 triangles (cut in half, then cut each half into 4) or more if you want smaller croissants.

. • Place half a tablespoon of filling on the widest end of each triangle.
• Roll up the dough towards the point, shaping it into a croissant.

. • Brush the top of the croissants with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.

. • Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes & Suggestions
Several ingredients can be optional according to your taste (olives/onions/gruyère cheese...).
