Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
2. Wash the zucchini and cut them into very thin slices. In a bowl, put the zucchini slices. Then add the raw brown rice, milk, and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs according to your taste. Mix the preparation.
3. Pour the preparation into an ovenproof dish. Then cover with grated cheese for gratin. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove your gratin dish from the oven and serve it directly.
