Iberian Croque-monsieur

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the drained peppers into strips and keep their oil.
  • 2.   Slice the cheese.
  • 3.   Spread tapenade on 4 slices of white bread, cover with cheese slices and drained peppers. Finish with a slice of chorizo and another slice of bread.
  • 4.   Spread the croque-monsieur with the piquillo oil.
  • 5.   Cook in the oven under the broiler or in a sandwich maker.

  • 8 slice of sliced bread
  • 4 tablespoon of olive tapenade
  • 4 piquillo peppers
  • 100 g of sheep (ossau-iraty)
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
