Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the sauce: mix the yogurt and lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   On each slice of white bread, spread a little bit of sauce. Then, place a slice of smoked salmon and a lettuce leaf. You can cut the salmon and lettuce into strips to make it easier.
  • 3.   Finish the sandwich with another slice of bread. Cut diagonally.
