Instructions

  • 1.   Cut off the stems of the Brussels sprouts. Rinse them with water before draining them. Then, cut them in half, and then in half again.
  • 2.   Cook them in boiling water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the bacon.
  • 3.   Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, drain them and mix them with the bacon. Serve hot with a knob of butter. Enjoy your meal!
