Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the apples into small cubes.

    Arrange them in a cake pan.
  • 2.   In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, milk, and yogurt.

    Add the flour and baking powder, and mix.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into the pan over the apple cubes.

    Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
